Account details you give us: name, email, phone, Pass Tag, country, and date of birth.

Identity details needed for KYC: BVN, and later NIN, address, or ID when you unlock higher limits or a virtual card.

Payment activity: wallet balances, transfers, top ups, withdrawals, and merchant names from checkouts you pay with Pass.

Device and session data: browser or extension version, approximate location from your IP, and sign in events so we can protect your account.

To create and secure your Pass account, verify your identity, and run your wallet.

To complete payments you confirm with your PIN or passkey, and to show your history.

To detect fraud, fix bugs, and meet Nigerian payments and KYC rules.

To send important account messages. Marketing emails only if you opt in.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your PIN. It is stored hashed, and we cannot read it back.

We do not show your full card or wallet secrets to merchants. They only see the payment they need.

Payment partners such as Kora to move money, verify accounts, and meet compliance checks.

Identity and banking rails required to confirm BVN, name enquiry, and settlements.

Service providers that host, monitor, or support the Pass product under contract.

Authorities when the law requires it.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as you have a Pass account and for the retention period required by financial regulations after you close it.

You can ask us to correct your profile details or close your account from Settings. Some records must remain for audit even after closure.

Update profile details in Settings where the product allows it.

Add or remove passkeys, change your PIN, and review active sessions.

Contact support if you need a copy of your data or want to close your account.
