Terms and conditions

The rules for using Pass, your wallet, and payments you confirm with your PIN or passkey.

Updated 2 August 2026

01

Using Pass

Pass is a payments wallet and checkout tool for individuals. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be old enough to hold a bank account in your country and able to complete KYC when we ask for it.

Keep your PIN, passkeys, and devices secure. You are responsible for payments confirmed from your account.

02

The service

Pass lets you fund a wallet, pay merchants through the browser extension or app, withdraw to your bank, and use a virtual card where available.

Availability depends on your country, KYC tier, and partner rails. Features may change as we launch and improve the product.

We may pause or limit activity if we detect risk, failed KYC, or activity that breaks the law or these terms.

03

Money and fees

Wallet balances are held for your use to pay and withdraw. They are not a bank deposit product.

Pass is free for consumers at launch. Any future fees will be shown clearly before you confirm a charge.

Bank, network, or partner fees on top ups and withdrawals may apply and are outside Pass control when they do.

04

Payments you confirm

A payment only leaves your wallet after you confirm with your PIN or passkey.

Check the merchant, amount, and account details before you confirm. Once a transfer is sent on the rails, it may not be reversible.

If a payment fails or is reversed by a partner, we will update your wallet and history when we receive that result.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use Pass for illegal activity, fraud, sanctioned parties, or to hide the source of funds.

Do not try to bypass KYC, share accounts, or attack our systems or partners.

We may freeze, close, or refuse service when we believe these rules were broken.

06

Closing your account

You can request account closure from Settings or by contacting support after withdrawing any remaining balance.

We may keep records required by law after closure.

07

Liability

Pass provides the product as available. Outages, partner delays, and merchant site issues can happen.

We are not responsible for losses from payments you confirmed, merchant disputes, or devices you left unlocked.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
